At Juilliard Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
